For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
- Students with ID student card: 95% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
- Over 11 years old: 100% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Halong bay - Titop island - Perl Farm village - Luon cave

8:30 – 9:00 Optional pick up at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter
10:00 – 10:30 Stopover at Hai Duong province for refreshment about 20 – 30 minutes
11:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor
12:00 – 12:30 Transfer to Margaret Cruises. Check in your cabin
13:30 Enjoy a nice buffet lunch at our restaurant while the cruise goes ahead to Halong Bay
15:00 Continue to explore Halong Bay. Only 1 option will be chosen depending on the weather conditions and seasons:- Option 1: Visit Titop Island for swimming and trekking
- Option 2: Visit Pearl Farm Village
After that, visit Luon cave area by kayaking
17:15 Enjoy Sun Set party with Juices, Tea, Coffee and fruits on Margaret Sky Bar.
Option: Massage service available.
17:45 Join cooking demonstration: How to make Vietnamese spring rolls – traditional Vietnamese food.
19:00 Enjoy set-menu dinner (unique blend of Asian and European food)

This time, I participated with my wife, 4 years old and 1 year old 11 month old daughter, 4 people, but it was a very memorable trip. The staff was very friendly and my daughters were happy, and the guests who boarded with us were also friendly and safe. The room was to sleep with 4 people, and specially put in a big bed. It was bigger than king size. For dinner the children also cooked the course with the course and saw the children not being able to eat, they made a difference and made fried potatoes and the children were happily eating a lot . I was very sorry that I left the dishes for my children, but it was an event that felt the kindness of Margaret Cruise staff. Although the weather was cloudy, I could still feel the amazing scenery of Halong Bay. I found out that the cave tour of the activity was particularly good and I was glad that I participated. Margaret cruises are also delicious in cooking, staff friendly, people with boarding passengers can recommend it very well. I also want to use it when coming to Halong Bay.

I booked a deluxe room for me & my friend and just completed our 2 days 1 night tour. My first impression when i came aboard is there were few guests (just over 10) but were warmly welcomed by all their staffs (over 20). Maybe this cruise is new and there are not many guests at beginning. Howerver, I highly appreciate the way their staffs served us. They are so friendly and smiley. They took care of us well both on and off board. And no problem in communicating cos they speak English quite well. Secondly, food are too much and the favour is really good The outlook from the room is wonderful. We could watch the Bay by just lying on the bed or relaxing on the sundeck is not the bad option. Halong Bay is so amazing at all ! Some things should be upgraded like the reception area is too crowd and some guests have to stand to wait before getting on the boat. But it just takes some minutes and not big problem
